This Privacy Policy explains how Love Lissy LLC (d/b/a PokiLiss) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit www.pokiliss.com or interact with us through live streams, purchases, or related activities.

We collect only the information we need to process orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience:

  • Contact info: name, email address, and shipping address

  • Payment info: handled securely through Squarespace Payments (we never see or store your full credit-card details)

  • Optional info: if you choose to subscribe to our email list, your name and email will be stored in Squarespace Email

  • Live-stream info: if you purchase a live-break item, you may choose the display name we mention on stream

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Process and ship your order

  • Contact you about your order or questions

  • Email you updates or promotions if you’ve opted in

  • Maintain legal, tax, and business records

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing.

3. Payments and Security

All payments are processed through Squarespace Payments. They handle your payment data under their own privacy and security policies.
We use Squarespace’s built-in security measures and HTTPS encryption to protect your information, but no online system is 100% secure.

4. Live-Stream Disclosures

When you purchase a “rip & ship” or live-break product, you understand that your chosen display name and the contents of your opened packs may be shown publicly during a live stream on YouTube.
We never show personal or payment details on stream.

5. No Refunds or Exchanges

All sales are final.
Pokémon packs and bundles sold through PokiLiss are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged once purchased, as they are opened live during the stream.
Please read product details carefully before buying.

If an item is ever damaged or missing due to a shipping error on our part, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll review it case-by-case.

6. Cookies and Tracking

We don’t currently use cookies or third-party analytics tools (like Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel). Squarespace may automatically collect basic site data such as browser type or IP address to help the site function.

7. Your Choices

  • You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link.

  • You can contact us to review or delete your information (where legally allowed).

  • If you don’t want your display name read on stream, simply note that in your checkout form.

8. Updates to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect new features or legal requirements. The “Last updated” date at the top will show when the most recent version was posted.
