Thank you for supporting PokiLiss (operated by Love Lissy LLC).
Because of the nature of our products and live-stream format, all sales are final. Please read carefully before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final

• Every Pokémon pack or bundle sold through www.pokiliss.com is non-refundable.

• Packs are opened live during the stream unless the listing clearly states otherwise.

• Once your pack is opened, the order is considered fulfilled — no cancellations, returns, or exchanges are allowed.

Shipping & Damaged Packages

• We ship within the United States only.

• If your package arrives damaged or missing items due to a shipping issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at PokiLiss1@gmail.com with photos and your order number.

• We’ll review each case individually and, if appropriate, send a replacement for the damaged portion.

Chargebacks & Disputes

Because all purchases are clearly described as non-refundable and opened live on-camera, initiating a chargeback after receiving your order may be considered fraudulent. We keep full order and stream records to verify all fulfilled sales.
