This page explains how we handle shipping for orders placed on www.pokiliss.com.

Processing Time

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 business days after the live break or sale event.

  • Processing time may vary during special streams, holidays, or preorder events.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States only.

  • Orders placed from outside the U.S. will be automatically canceled and refunded.

Shipping Method & Tracking

  • All packages are shipped with tracking via USPS (First-Class or Priority Mail depending on weight).

  • Once a package leaves our possession, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages caused by the postal carrier.

  • If your tracking shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact your local post office.

Live Break Orders

  • For live break purchases, only the “hits” (Reverse Holo and rarer) cards are shipped unless otherwise stated in the product listing.

  • Bulk cards are not included unless noted.

Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before submitting your order.
We cannot replace or refund items shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
